COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Control Inc PU-CDS-LIO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Data-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dolan-Jenner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Data-Instruments such as the 36TX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1161A100 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS95048000 by Manufacturer Dolan-Jenner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand E5830DP150GDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danaher such as HR62510000351PS equipment made by Danaher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danaher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danaher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 13106AF1017 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular E51PLF3P5 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES10325 by Delphi and HR62510000351PS spares by Danaher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MBM100A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dkk-toa. |
